تعلن هيئة الدواء المصرية عن إصدار موافقة استيرادية لقطع غيار الأجهزة الطبية والمعملية المُجدَّدة (Refurbished) والغير المصنفة أنها قائمة بذاتها (Not classified as Standalone device)
في حال قيام الشركات باستيراد قطع غيار الأجهزة الطبية والمعملية المُجدَّدة (Refurbished) غير المصنفة أنها قائمة بذاتها (Not classified as Standalone device)، تلتزم الشركات بتقديم المستندات الآتية، وذلك بالإضافة إلى المستندات التنظيمية الأخرى الخاصة بطالب الحصول على الموافقة الاستيرادية الموضحة بالأدلة التنظيمية المنشورة لكل نوع جهاز، وذلك على النحو التالي:
Proforma Invoice, including a refurbishment symbol, along with the spare part reference number and serial number or batch number to ensure traceability.
Importer Registration, with the manufacturer or supplier added. In cases where the refurbisher is different from the manufacturer, a documented relationship between the manufacturer and the refurbisher must be provided.

Refurbisher مختلفا عن المصنع ، يجب ارفاق اثبات العلاقة ب Refurbisher
ISO 13485:2016 Certificate covering the scope of refurbishment, or an official confirmation letter from the issuing certification body stating that the refurbishment scope is included. If an ISO 13485:2016 Certificate is not available, a Good Refurbishment Practice (GRP) certificate for the refurbisher, issued by a certification body, is mandatory.
Refurbishment Certificate, including refurbisher details and refurbished spare part details, confirming that the spare part has been refurbished, tested, and complies with the manufacturer’s specifications. (Issued by the legal manufacturer of the device and submitted via the following email: md.certificate@edaegypt.gov.eg)
The label must include a symbol indicating that the part has been refurbished, consistent with the symbol stated on the invoice.
