Central Administration of the General Secretariat

 General Overview:

  • Preparing the Authority’s general budget and monitoring its implementation, as well as enforcing laws, regulations, and decisions related to financial and administrative affairs, and overseeing human resources.

  • Following up on regulations related to incentives, nature-of-work allowances, overtime payments, and bonuses for employees.

  • Monitoring the implementation of digital infrastructure development projects, automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts, and supervising the Authority’s databases, servers, and operating systems.

  • Providing and maintaining the necessary devices, software, and electronic networks for the Authority’s automated systems, and offering technical support to users of the Authority’s electronic networks.
