The Egyptian Drug Authority concludes a training program on change management models and methods to enhance institutional competencies.
The Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) announced the conclusion of its ""Change Management Models and Methods"" training program, in collaboration with a multinational company.
The training program aimed to enhance the participants' skills in effectively leading change by introducing them to the latest global models and theories in this field. It focused on mechanisms for dealing with change challenges and resistance, which ensures the success and sustainability of organizational processes. The program also included discussion and dialogue sessions to exchange experiences and answer participants' questions.
About 50 trainees participated in the program from the Central Administration for Medical Supplies, the Central Administration for Inspection of Pharmaceutical Establishments, and the Central Administration for Licensing of Pharmaceutical Establishments at the EDA, along with representatives from GSK.
This comes as part of the Egyptian Drug Authority's plan to raise the efficiency of its employees and keep them informed of the latest developments in various fields. This contributes to building qualified human resources capable of leading institutional development and supporting the path of excellence in line with the strategic goals of Egypt's Vision 2030 for sustainable development.
