The service allows all citizens to inquire about the availability of pharmaceutical products in the Egyptian pharmaceutical market, and then the relevant administration of the Egyptian Drug Authority contacts the person submitting the inquiry to answer the submitted inquiry. Incoming reports are treated with complete confidentiality and are fully protected by the Egyptian Drug Authority, including the inquirer’s data, and will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
