Service description
To report any violations issued by pharmaceutical institutions regarding the handling and quality of pharmaceutical products, the Egyptian Drug Authority, represented by the Central Administration of Operations , provides the service to the public, health care providers and owners of pharmaceutical institutions.
Data confidentiality
Incoming reports are treated with complete confidentiality and are fully protected by the Egyptian Drug Authority, including the inquirer’s data, and will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
