Service steps

1- The representative of the license owner or the person delegated to licensing shall send the documents of the warehouse license update in one PDF document on the electronic link of the Administration of medical products stores and warehouses licensing to be reviewed within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of the request on the link.

2- In the case of not fulfilling the documents, the company shall be notified by an email of the required notes and documents.

3- In the case of fulfilling the required documents, an email shall be sent to the company for attendance and submitting the Original application and documents and paying service consideration at the headquarter of the administration of medical products Stores and Warehouses Licensing.

Note: In the case of license renewal requests provided for in the decree of the President of the Egyptian Drug Authority No. (280) of 2021 regarding the service consideration of the services provided by the Central Administration of Operations, the service consideration must be paid and the payment receipt must be attached with the request and the renewal file when submitting it at the administration of medical products Stores and Warehouses Licensing.

4- The submitted application and all attached documents thereto shall be received and examined. The file of the licensed warehouse shall be retrieved from the administration archive and shall be examined by one of the pharmacists of the administration of medical products Stores and Warehouses Licensing.

5- A formal letter and / or email shall be sent to the company within 5 to 7 working days, from the date of receiving the file to report on the acceptance of the submitted request for license renewal, to notify the company of the required documents to be fulfilled (if any), and to inform with scheduled date for inspecting the warehouse to ensure the sustainability of the fulfilled health requirements (GSDP)and the conformity of the layout approved at licensing to the reality The inspection date shall be within 10 working days from the date of receiving the request.

6- If the inspection proves that the health requirements (GSDP)are not fulfilled, the company shall be notified by an official letter within 5 to 7 working days from the inspection date of the requirements needed to be fulfilled and the two-month period granted to the company from the date of conducting the inspection to redress the balance of their situations and fulfill the requirements. The company shall also be notified that it must submit a request for conducting the second inspection immediately when the requirements are fulfilled.

7- The company shall submit a request to set the date of the second inspection. The said date shall be within 10 working days from the date of receiving the second inspection request submitted by the company. In the case of not fulfilling the health requirements, the company shall be granted a second period of one month from the date of the second inspection. In the case of not fulfilling the health requirements (GSDP)at the end of that period, the request of a warehouse license renewal shall be cancelled . The company shall be notified by an official letter of request rejection .The inspection shall be notified as well to take the necessary legal action

8- In the case of fulfilling the prescribed documents and health requirements, the renewed warehouse license shall be issued within 5 to 7 working days from the date of fulfilling the renewal requirements.

9- Upon the receipt of the renewed license, the person delegated to licensing or the representative agent of the company shall hand over the original old license of the warehouse t at the Administration of medical products stores and warehouses licensing.
