The Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) announced the conclusion of a workshop on the rules and procedures for the import and customs medical release of pharmaceutical products.

The workshop covered an explanation of the workflows in the General Department of Import and Customs Medical Release, highlighting the rules and procedures for importing pharmaceutical products, their raw materials, and related packaging supplies.

This comes as part of providing technical support to pharmaceutical companies and clarifying the rules and procedures for issuing import approvals and customs medical release letters, which facilitates the quick and efficient completion of procedures for companies.
