Service Description
This service allows citizens to request medical advice or inquire about any information related to medicines and pharmaceutical products.
A specialized team from the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Information Center affiliated with the Central Administration for Pharmaceutical Care at the Egyptian Drug Authority responds to all incoming inquiries and provides pharmaceutical information using a systematic method according to the condition of each inquirer.
Responds to pharmaceutical consultations and inquiries; One of the main roles of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Information Center, and this is achieved by providing updated information based on scientific evidence, accurate and objective about medicines and pharmaceutical products, in accordance with the guiding principles of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Information Center and international guidelines in this field with the aim of spreading community awareness regarding the safe and optimal use of pharmaceutical products. And drug education for both patients and health care providers, which contributes positively to the citizen getting the desired benefit from the drug.
