As part of the Egyptian Drug Authority's (EDA) commitment to updating pharmaceutical product databases and advancing digital transformation and service automation for the pharmaceutical industry, the EDA announces the launch of a new electronic tool. This tool allows companies to submit detailed formulation data, specifically focusing on inactive ingredients (excipients).

The EDA urges all pharmaceutical companies to promptly comply by entering and completing the excipient data for all products, whether registered or under registration. This initiative ensures the accuracy of the Central Database, supports future automation plans, and helps streamline procedures to save time and effort for both the Authority and the companies.
