The Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) has issued the March 2026 issue of the Pharmacy Practice Newsletter, a step aimed at enhancing the efficiency of pharmacy care professionals by providing updated scientific content covering the latest developments in drug therapy and pharmaceutical practices, in addition to awareness and community engagement activities, in a concise manner that suits the time and needs of healthcare providers.

The issue covers prominent topics such as the National Guiding Manual for using antimicrobials in treating skin and soft tissue infections, global guideline recommendations for treating Fibromyalgia, analysis of medication error data and therapeutic problems received via the “NoHarm” program with guidance on the proper use of Dexamethasone, in addition to the latest news on pharmaceutical care initiatives during the period from December 2025 to February 2026.
