1. The documents required for licensing a warehouse shall be sent as one PDF document on the electronic link of the Administration of medical products stores and warehouses licensing:

2.The sent file shall be reviewed. In the case of not fulfilling the documents, an email shall be sent within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the file on the link to the company to be notified of the notes and required documents.

In the case of fulfilling the required documents, an email shall be sent within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the file on the aforementioned link to the company so that its representative shall present himself in the headquarter of the Administration of medical products stores and warehouses licensing to sign the Original application of licensing a warehouse before one of the administration pharmacists and to bring all the originals of licensing documents for perusal

4. The warehouse licensing file, including the warehouse licensing application and the required documents, shall be sent by means of a registered letter of recorded delivery to the Administration of medical products stores and warehouses licensing.

5. The licensing file shall be examined by the pharmacists of the Administration of medical products stores and warehouses licensing, within 5 to 7 working days, from the date of receiving the file.

In the case of fulfilling the essential documents for licensing, the primary licensing inspection shall be scheduled within 30 days from the date of receiving the file based on the inspections timetable. The company submitting the licensing application shall be informed of the inspection date by means of a registered letter of recorded delivery or by an email.

The neighborhood municipality or the New Urban Communities Authority in which the site to be licensed as a warehouse is situated shall be addressed to report on the status of the place in terms of being a commercial place not (an administrative place, an apartment, a basement or a garage), to confirm that it is not under the state property, and to specify whether or not it is located in a squatter area and whether or not or it has received a removal decision (in the case that the place is affiliated to a neighborhood municipality).

In the case of non-approval, the application submitted for licensing a warehouse shall be cancelled on the responsibility of the license applicant.

If the health requirements (GSDP) are not fulfilled in the primary licensing inspection, the license owner shall be granted an initial time limit of eight months to fulfill the requirements, and the company shall be notified of the requirements and documents required to be fulfilled by formal letter and / or email

The license applicant company shall submit a request to the Administration of medical products stores and warehouses licensing to schedule a second inspection date before the end of the first granted period. A second inspection date for the place to be licensed shall be scheduled within ten working days of the date of receiving the request, and the said inspection is attended by the license applicant or his representative. If the second inspection demonstrates that the license applicant has fulfilled the documents and health requirements (GSDP), the license shall be issued.

In the case of failure to fulfill the health requirements (GSDP)within the first granted period, the company shall be granted a second period of four months, which is half of the first period to fulfill the requirements; at the end of second granted period or up on a company request to conduct final inspection before the end of granted period, the final inspection shall be conducted. If the applicant fails to fulfill all health requirements, the licensing application shall be cancelled and the license-applicant company shall be notified by means of a registered letter of recorded delivery of the licensing application rejection .

11. Upon fulfilling the health requirements (GSDP)and the documents, the license of the warehouse shall be written and printed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of fulfilling the documents and requirements.

12. Upon receiving the license, The representative of the license owner or the person delegated to licensing shall pay the fees in accordance with the Law of Egyptian Drug Authority No. (151) of 2019
