“The application and documents for transferring ownership of the pharmacy license are submitted to the branch of the Egyptian Drug Authority responsible for the governorate in which the pharmacy is licensed, and then all documents and procedures are completed by the knowledge of the pharmacists specialized in the branch of the competent authority.” The file is reviewed by the licensing inspectors at the Authority’s branch, and if the documents are complete, the license is transferred to the pharmacist and recorded on the license

The license holder or his representative submits a request to transfer ownership of the pharmacy license, attaching the necessary documents, to the Egyptian Medicine Authority branch in the governorate where the pharmacy is licensed.”

The submitted application and all the documents attached to it are received and examined, as well as the pharmacy file located at the relevant Authority branch, and the license holder is notified of the documents required to be completed, if any.”

We follow up with the pharmacist to complete all the required papers and documents and the file is reviewed

After completing all papers and documents, ownership of the pharmacy license is transferred to the license

The license is sent to the General Administration of Certifications and Licensing Follow-up in the Central Administration of Operations at the main headquarters of the Egyptian Medicines Authority to be approved by the Director General of the General Administration of Certifications and Licensing Follow-up and the Head of the Central Administration of Operations.

The pharmacist is given a copy of the pharmacy license after it is approved and stamped, and the second copy is attached to the pharmacy file located in the relevant branch
